Sulis Intelligence (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through https://sulisintelligence.co.uk, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation name and type, and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to deliver services you have engaged us for. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, in line with our data retention policy. We retain general enquiry data for 1 year, customer-provided data for 12 months from the date of the last invoice once engaged, and financial records for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at enquiries@sulisintelligence.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
